Jewellery is delicate and despite quality materials being used, they may still be susceptible to damage if not treated with proper care. We recommend referring to our Care Guide to avoid accidental damage.  

In the event of any manufacturing fault we will repair it at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. 

The warranty does not apply to:

— Accidental damage through wear and tear by the customer.

— Chipped or cracked gemstones.

— Broken chains.

— General wear and tear, including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised.

— Any issue resulting from alteration, service or repair performed by a third party other than Elle Forma.
