All pieces are shipped from Australia and prices are shown in Australian dollars.
Orders are dispatched on weekdays, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been sent, a tracking number will be included in an email. If you have not received any email confirmations please check your junk/spam folder as it may have ended up there.
For Australian Orders
Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post. Current delivery times by Australia Post could take approximately 4 to 13 business days for standard shipping. Express shipping delivery could take approximately 2 – 8 business days. This may change during holiday and peak times. Please check current domestic shipping times here with Australia Post.
Same day delivery for Melbourne orders
For Melbourne customers same day delivery is now available with Zoom2u. Addresses within 20kms of Hawthorn East have the option of a flat rate delivery fee of $25 to receive your item before 8:30pm (for orders placed before 1pm). Select this option during checkout and receive live tracking of your delivery.For International Orders
International orders to select countries will be sent via DHL Express.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties which Elle Forma unfortunately has no control over these charges. Please check with your local customs office or post office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please ensure the shipping details provided are accurate, as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. The shipping providers used are trusted services, and as such we will not refund or replace orders if:
— the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
— the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
— the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
— the item was authorised to be left without signature in a safe place.
