For Website Orders
You can exchange or return items purchased from our web boutique within 14 business days of delivery provided the items are in new and in unused condition.
Returned pieces need to comply with the following:
— Be unused and unworn, in the same condition they arrived in.
— For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears may not be tried on.
— Be returned with the original packaging.
We recommend looking over the sizing, dimensions and summary provided in our product descriptions to avoid disappointment. Alternatively please contact us prior to placing an order and we would be happy to help you with any queries.
For Custom and Bespoke Orders
Custom and bespoke pieces are created especially for you, with multiple design approvals and checkpoints throughout the process. We work closely with you at every stage to ensure your piece aligns with your vision and feels truly yours. Because each piece is made to your exact specifications, once completed they are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Change of mind requests cannot be accommodated once work has begun.
How to return
Please contact us via this form or email hello@elleforma.com to provide information of your return and further instructions will be provided to you.
We recommended posting the return item to us with tracking. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return for items that don’t reach us within the 14 day period. Please pack the items with sufficient protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit. The shipping fee for the return is not refundable.
Refunds
Any approved refund will be credited to the original method of payment less any shipping fees. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear in your account depending on the bank.
