COLLECTÉ is a private client framework designed around the gradual build of a personal fine jewellery collection. It provides tailored studio privileges, priority archive access and bespoke services as your personal collection evolves over time.

Access is automatic once your lifetime spend with Elle Forma reaches $500+, with your loyalty tier updated across different lifetime spends gradually. Access and tier information will be communicated at each tier via direct email to you. 

Access to COLLECTÉ is automatic and calculated based on your lifetime spend with Elle Forma. Starting at $500+ for Returning level, $1,500+ for Recognised level, and $5,000+ for Renowned level. As your personal archive grows, your updated tier status and private access are communicated directly to your inbox.

Yes – all purchases, custom and ready-to-wear, count toward your lifetime total. Lifetime spend is calculated on the value of completed and paid orders.

Not necessarily - inclusions may vary from time to time, including seasonal terms and rewards, limited-time gifts or updated rewards at each tier.

Seasonal member terms are exclusive pricing privileges extended periodically throughout the year. When active, your tier-specific member code will be delivered directly via email to apply at checkout toward ready-to-ship or one-off web boutique pieces. 

Reward code and member terms cannot be combined with any other promotion, however it can be used towards a ready to ship or one-off piece which is applied one per order. 

Your tier reflects lifetime spend and doesn't reset or expire. Individual discounts, once issued, do carry their own expiry based on the tier and the specific inclusions available at each tier may change over time.
