LOYALTY PROGRAM FAQ
Membership is automatic once your lifetime spend with us crosses $1,000, with your loyalty tier updated across lifetime spend.
Yes – all purchases, custom and ready-to-wear, count toward your lifetime total. Lifetime spend is calculated on the net value of completed and paid orders.
Not necessarily, as inclusions may vary from time to time, including seasonal rewards, limited-time gifts or updated rewards at each tier.
Upon entry into each tier you will receive one reward code to use towards a ready to ship or one-off piece which is applied one per order.
Your tier reflects lifetime spend and doesn't reset. Individual discounts, once issued, do carry their own expiry based on the tier and the specific inclusions available at each tier may change over time.
